One Percent (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, why permissions are requested, and how information is stored and used.

One Percent is designed to work primarily on your device.

The app may handle the following data:

• Photos you capture in the app to mark routine completion.
• App-generated media metadata (for example, local file paths and timestamps).
• Notification preferences and scheduled reminders on your device.

We do not sell your personal information.

2. Permissions We Request

Camera (android.permission.CAMERA, iOS camera permission)

Used to capture photos for routine completion records.

Microphone (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO, iOS microphone permission)

Requested because camera/video functionality may require audio capability on some platforms and builds.

Photos / Media Library Access

Used when you choose to save generated image grids or app media to your device photo library.

Notifications

Used to schedule and show local daily routine reminders.

3. How Your Data Is Used

Data is used to provide core app features, including:

• Creating and managing routine items.
• Recording completion history.
• Displaying your progress calendar and media history.
• Sending local reminder notifications.

4. Data Storage

• Routine data and related metadata are stored locally on your device.
• Captured media is stored locally on your device.
• The app uses on-device local storage/databases to support features.
• The app will never store your media in any form of cloud.
• Your files are yours.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to third parties.

If you explicitly use device-level sharing/export features provided by your operating system, that action is controlled by you.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Your data remains on your device until you delete it in-app, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
• Deleting the app may remove locally stored app data, subject to your device/OS behavior.

7. Children’s Privacy

One Percent is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data handled by the app. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. Third-Party Services

One Percent may rely on mobile platform APIs and libraries (for example, camera, media library, notifications, and local storage frameworks) to provide features.

Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy terms and platform policies.

10. International Users

If you use the app outside your country of residence, your data is still primarily handled on-device unless you use external sharing features.
